Aviation Safety and Innovation Take Center Stage at NBAA-BACE 2025

The National Business Aviation Association’s Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE) 2025 wrapped up its three-day event in Las Vegas, casting an unprecedented spotlight on aviation safety and technological innovation.

The event, held from October 14-16 at the Las Vegas Convention Center and Henderson Executive Airport, boasted over 770 exhibitors presenting the latest in technologies and services. This year’s show placed an unparalleled emphasis on safety, featuring specialized sessions such as the Single-Pilot Safety Standdown and comprehensive safety forums addressing recent industry incidents.

One of the highlights of the event was the introduction of eVTOL aircraft and advanced air mobility solutions. Companies like BLADE (now a part of Joby Aviation) provided scheduled helicopter flights between the convention center and aircraft displays, showcasing the future of air mobility.

NBAA President and CEO Ed Bolen underscored the industry’s commitment to safety improvements while also highlighting the future of business aviation through innovative aircraft displays and next-generation technologies.
