Skyservice Embarks on Luxury Aviation Complex Construction in Napa Wine Country
Canadian firm, Skyservice Business Aviation, has officially launched the construction of a state-of-the-art 60,000 square foot fixed-base operator (FBO) and hangar complex at Napa County Airport in California. This marks a substantial investment in the region’s burgeoning business aviation market.
The luxury development, sprawled over a 15-acre site, will boast a top-tier FBO facility. It will feature a rooftop restaurant for dining and private events, office spaces, and a colossal 40,000 square-foot hangar with 28-foot-high doors. These are designed to accommodate the latest business jets from leading manufacturers such as Bombardier, Dassault, and Gulfstream. In addition, the facility will incorporate a nine-acre aircraft ramp for extra parking and operations.
“Napa is a truly remarkable region in the United States, celebrated for its exceptional wines, culinary mastery, and luxurious accommodations,” stated Skyservice President and CEO Benjamin Murray. “Now is the perfect time to connect the local business aviation community with a private jet centre that aligns with the esteemed reputation of this region.”
The facility’s strategic location in California’s famed wine country positions it to serve affluent business aviation customers visiting the area’s renowned wineries and luxury resorts. This project signifies Skyservice’s expansion into the U.S. market and mirrors the continued growth in business aviation infrastructure investments.
