Boots Clinches Beauty Retailer of the Year Award for the Eighth Year in a Row
UK pharmacy giant Boots has once again proven its dominance in the beauty industry by securing the Sunday Times readers’ Beauty Retailer of the Year award for the eighth consecutive year. This achievement further cements its position as Britain’s leading beauty destination.
Boots’ success can be attributed to its dynamic approach to beauty retail. Since January 2025, the company has introduced over 30 new beauty brands to its portfolio, thanks to their innovative Beauty Accelerator programme. The range of products offered spans from viral TikTok favorites and K-Beauty products like Made by Mitchell and Beauty of Joseon, to luxury icons including Prada Beauty and Guerlain.
Not stopping at product expansion, the company has also redesigned over 180 beauty halls, training more than 1,400 Boots Beauty specialists to create immersive spaces where customers can discover new products and receive expert advice.
Adding to their accolades, their No7 Pro Artist Colour & Glow Lip and Cheek Multi-Stick received recognition as Best Complexion Make Up. This showcases the strength of their own-brand innovation alongside their extensive retail portfolio.
