This significant move, made in September 2025, is a part of the retailer’s global expansion strategy. The launch brings Ulta’s wide range of beauty products to Latin American consumers for the first time.

Fenty Beauty by Rihanna has been specifically highlighted as a major factor contributing to the sales boost in the first quarter of 2025. The success of Rihanna’s beauty brand at Ulta has helped the company counterbalance the economic uncertainties and inflationary pressures currently impacting the beauty retail sector.

Ulta’s much-anticipated “21 Days of Beauty” sale is underway and will continue until September 18. The sale features discounts of up to 50% on major brands. The list includes Fenty Beauty, MAC, Elemis, and hundreds of other beauty favorites. Despite the fluctuating market conditions, the retailer forecasts comparable sales for fiscal 2025 to be flat or show an increase of up to 1.5%, reflecting a cautiously optimistic outlook.
