Thrust Flight Expands with a New Campus in Arizona: A Milestone Outside Texas
Dallas-based Thrust Flight has officially launched its newest flight training facility at Falcon Field Airport in Mesa, Arizona. This marks a significant expansion for the premier aviation training provider. It’s the company’s fourth location and the first one outside of Texas, a response to the surging demand for professional pilots across the Southwest.
The Mesa campus boasts a fleet of Piper Archer TX aircraft, equipped with Garmin G1000 avionics and air conditioning—an essential feature considering Arizona’s harsh climate. Multi-engine students will have the opportunity to train on Piper Seminole aircraft, providing them with direct preparation for regional airline operations.
The facility offers comprehensive training through Thrust Flight’s renowned “Zero Time to Airline” program. This program can take students from no experience to a certified flight instructor in as little as 9 months.
What truly sets Thrust Flight apart is its FAA Examining Authority. This allows students to complete checkrides without waiting for external examiners. The school has also forged career partnerships with major regional airlines. These include SkyWest Airlines, Envoy Air, Republic Airways, Spirit Airlines, Air Wisconsin, and Avelo Airlines. Classes are enrolling now with the first cohort beginning August 25.
