Taiwan Tourism Showcases Attractions to Singapore at Prominent Travel Fair
The Taiwan Tourism Administration is gearing up to captivate Singaporean tourists during the bustling year-end holiday season. They are making their presence felt at Singapore’s largest outbound travel fair—NATAS Holidays 2025, which is scheduled from August 15-17. A robust delegation of 117 representatives from 70 organizations is all set to present Taiwan’s enticing tourism offerings under the vibrant campaign theme “Take a Sip of Taiwan.”
This strategic move comes at a time when Singapore residents’ outbound travel expenditure from late 2024 to early 2025 has reached an all-time high, as per Visa’s research. The Taiwan Tourism Administration’s data reveals a steady market performance with 169,614 Singaporean tourists visiting Taiwan until May 2025. The pavilion at the fair promises an immersive cultural experience with DIY fan-painting workshops, premium tea tastings, and traditional woodcraft demonstrations.
Adding to the excitement, Taiwan has been honored with the opportunity to perform the opening act at the NATAS ceremony. The youthful diabolo troupe “W.H.O Theatre” is all set to enthrall the audience with their dynamic performance titled “Shake It Like Boba!” A subsequent Taiwan Tourism Workshop at Hilton Orchard Singapore on August 18 aims to foster business collaborations between Taiwanese and Singaporean travel professionals.
