Paramount Lands Exclusive UFC Rights in a Monumental $7.7B Agreement

Paramount has clinched exclusive US rights to UFC events in a trailblazing seven-year, $7.7 billion deal with TKO Group. Starting from 2026, all UFC numbered events and Fight Nights will be available on Paramount+ at no extra charge to subscribers, thereby phasing out the traditional pay-per-view model.

This agreement, worth an average of $1.1 billion annually, signifies Paramount’s inaugural significant stride subsequent to its recent merger with Skydance Media. A selection of premier events will also be simulcast on CBS. UFC CEO Dana White hailed the deal as “incredible for UFC fans” as it renders fights “more affordable and accessible“, while TKO transitions away from what it labels as the “outdated” pay-per-view model.
