ATP Flight School Broadens Its Reach in Michigan with Two Additional Locations

ATP Flight School has recently announced the expansion of its flight training operations in Michigan. Two new locations are set to open their doors on August 13, 2025. These new training centers are strategically located at Oakland County International Airport (KPTK) in Pontiac and Ann Arbor Municipal Airport (KARB). These additions join ATP’s existing operations at Willow Run Airport (KYIP), solidifying ATP’s commitment to provide comprehensive flight training throughout Michigan.

Known for operating one of the largest training fleets globally, ATP Flight School boasts 648 professionally maintained aircraft. The fleet comprises Piper Archers, Seminoles, and Cessna 172s. This expansion further reinforces ATP’s position as a leader in professional flight training. It offers airline career pilot programs in collaboration with 39 regional airlines.

Students at these Michigan locations will benefit from ATP’s Airline Career Pilot Program. This program provides a structured path for students, taking them from zero experience to 1,500 flight hours. It features fixed-cost pricing and airline hiring partnerships, making it a highly sought-after program for aspiring pilots.
