Sky Harbour Unveils Expansive New Hangar Campus at Denver’s Centennial Airport

Aviation infrastructure giant, Sky Harbour, has proudly inaugurated its latest private hangar campus at Centennial Airport (APA), Colorado. This significant addition contributes over 127,000 square feet of hangar and customizable suite space, catering to the escalating demand for business aviation services.

The state-of-the-art facility brings Sky Harbour’s distinctive “Home Base Operator” (HBO) model to Colorado. This innovative approach diverges from conventional Fixed Base Operators (FBOs) by providing services and facilities that are exclusively dedicated to based aircraft.

The Centennial campus is equipped with nine private hangars, each complemented with adjoining suites and amenities that are custom-designed to suit individual operators. Additionally, it offers dedicated line service and ensures 24/7 secure access.

“Centennial is a standout among general aviation airports, both for its strategic location and its strong leadership,” stated Tal Keinan, Chairman and CEO of Sky Harbour. “It’s an ideal setting to grow our Home Base Operator model and provide a more secure, efficient, and personalized home for business aircraft.”

Centennial Airport continues to play a crucial role as a business and general aviation hub in the Rocky Mountain region. It handles more than 300,000 operations annually, serving a diverse range of aviation needs. Furthermore, it contributes over $2.4 billion in total economic impact and provides more than 9,200 jobs to the region.
