Epic Aircraft’s E1000 AX Takes Off with Record Sales and Deliveries

Epic Aircraft, the Bend, Oregon-based manufacturer, has officially commenced deliveries of its high-performance single-engine turboprop, the E1000 AX. This marks a significant milestone for the company. The company proudly announced that all 2025 E1000 AX production positions are filled. CEO Doug King reported, “July is already the best sales month in company history.”

The E1000 AX boasts over 25 new upgrades from its predecessor. Notably, it includes Garmin Autothrottle and Autoland technology, positioning it as one of the most advanced single-engine aircraft in its class. The aircraft impresses with a maximum cruise speed of 333 knots, a full fuel payload of 1,177 pounds, and a climb rate of 4,000 feet per minute, outperforming competitors in key performance metrics.

Starting at a price of $4.7 million, the company anticipates strong demand to continue into 2026 deliveries. The E1000 AX symbolizes Epic’s commitment to integrating cutting-edge safety and automation technologies into general aviation aircraft.
