Allegiant Airlines Broadens Its Reach with Seven New Routes to Fort Myers

Allegiant Airlines is set to launch seven new nonstop routes this fall, marking its inaugural service to Fort Myers, Florida via Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW). In celebration of this expansion, the low-cost carrier is offering promotional one-way fares as low as $49 on select routes.

Fort Myers is the latest addition to Allegiant’s destinations, with three inaugural routes set to begin:

  • Allentown, Pennsylvania – starting November 13
  • Appleton, Wisconsin – starting November 21
  • Des Moines, Iowa – starting November 21

Additional new routes include:

  • Sarasota-Bradenton to Toledo, Ohio
  • Fort Lauderdale to Fort Wayne, Indiana
  • New Orleans to Punta Gorda, Florida
  • Nashville to Gulf Shores, Alabama

“This expansion reflects our commitment to connecting underserved communities with affordable, convenient travel options,” said Drew Wells, Allegiant’s Chief Commercial Officer. “By adding Fort Myers and increasing service to multiple beach cities, we’re providing travelers nonstop access to sunny destinations.” The promotional fares must be booked by July 30, 2025, for travel through February 10, 2026.
