EAA AirVenture 2025 Shatters Previous Attendance Record with Over 704,000 Visitors
The 2025 EAA AirVenture Oshkosh has officially set a new attendance record, welcoming approximately 704,000 visitors during the week-long aviation celebration. This milestone surpasses the previous record of 686,000 attendees set in 2024, making it the highest total in the event’s history.
“We found ourselves revising our initial attendance estimate upward once all the final weekend’s numbers were in, including from a tremendous day on Saturday, July 26,” said EAA CEO and Chairman Jack Pelton. The event’s theme of “One Week — Endless Possibilities” proved to be accurate, featuring aviation history, innovation, and camaraderie throughout the week.
The EAA Aviation Foundation’s annual Gathering raised $2.49 million to support aviation education programs, attracting more than 1,000 people. The success highlights the continued growth and enthusiasm in the general aviation community, with EAA already planning for next year’s event scheduled for July 20-26, 2026.
