Announcing the Winners of Travel + Leisure’s 2025 World’s Best Awards
Travel + Leisure has unveiled the winners of its eagerly awaited 2025 World’s Best Awards. This year marks the 30th anniversary of these reader-voted travel rankings.
In a significant shift, Santa Fe, New Mexico has secured the title of Best U.S. City for the first time in 12 years. Additionally, Singapore Airlines has been crowned as the World’s Best International Airline.
Other remarkable winners include:
- San Miguel de Allende, Mexico – World’s Best City
- andBeyond Bateleur Camp in Kenya – World’s Best Hotel
- Páros, Greece – Best Island in the World
This year’s awards highlight a growing appreciation for destinations steeped in history and culture. The awards reflect a mix of long-standing favorites and emerging trends in the travel industry. Notably, Mount Desert Island, Maine has reclaimed its position as the Best U.S. Island—a title it last held in 2010.
