Marriott International and KAFD DMC have announced the opening of W Riyadh, a new luxury hotel nestled in Saudi Arabia’s King Abdullah Financial District. The hotel boasts of 210 guest rooms, seven exquisite dining venues, and the signature W amenities.
In a significant development, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is making a grand return to New Orleans with the launch of Fairmont New Orleans in the summer of 2025. The hotel, which is a transformed version of the 31-story former Bank of New Orleans Building, will feature 250 luxury rooms, three dining venues, a rooftop bar, and a sprawling 20,000 square feet of event space.
These expansion plans are in line with industry projections that predict a 6 percent annual growth in the luxury-hospitality space through 2025. This growth rate outpaces any other segment, as per research conducted by McKinsey.
